This district offers a great living and working environment with a mix of business activities, housing, retail, schools, recreation and leisure facilities, etc) which will continue to develop in the coming years with the construction of more housing, shops and new business premises, such as the “Rives Numériques” project.

Greenopolis, a new activity park in the Vaise area of Lyon

This urban project focuses on sustainable development and quality of life and is based around the conversion of an old industrial site into a mixed business activity park. In Lyon, this sort of reconversion project is now the only way to purchase city-centre premises.

Comprised of three buildings, which are a testament to Lyon’s industrial heritage, and seven new buildings to be offered for rent or sale, the site, with a surface area of 21,500 sq. metres, is divided into three parts:

  • 8,674 sq. metres of offices and a business village
  • 12,238 sq. metres of shops and commercial activities
  • 277 parking spaces, including 179 underground

Aderly, in collaboration with Greater Lyon, will guide and advise you as you set up your business in this flagship site of the Lyon region.
