Cité internationale is one of the most attractive business sites in Lyon! The Palais des Congrès Amphitheatre has a capacity of between 900 and 3,220 seats and makes Lyon one of the few European cities capable of hosting major international conventions. It also boasts a 5,400 sq. metre exhibition space, 10 new meeting rooms (1,500 sq. m),  hotel apartments, a 3-star hotel, a service hub and a public space of 4,000 sq. m. There is also a 1,200-space parking lot.

Some major companies have chosen to set up here; the French events giant, GL Events, has set up offices here, as have SFR, SAP, Interpol, Olympus Biotech, Tosho Biosciences, the Cardinal group as well as numerous architects and real estate experts

The World Trade Center of Lyon, located at the Cité Internationale, provides services for local companies to aid their development at an international level, it also offers advice to foreign companies to help them set up in the Lyon area. It provides office space and meeting rooms for rental.
