The robotics exhibition Innorobo was held in Lyon from 1 – 3 July 2015.

Lyon’s Cité Internationale Conference Centre hosted the 2015 edition of the European Robotics Summit! An international event, the aim of Innorobo is to encourage the commercial development of the robotics industry. The first summit was held in 2011 and each year it attracts more than a hundred exhibitors and over 10,000 visitors from around the world.

In 2014, Innorobo attracted 140 exhibitors and recorded over 16,000 visitors, 37% of them professional decision makers, 14% engineers and 10% researchers.

Innorobo has become THE event on disruptive innovations. These technologies are presented both as solutions to society’s challenges and also as factors of competitiveness and growth for the companies.

As in previous editions, Innorobo 2015 delivered a number of exhibition stands and demonstrations structured around 6 different themes: Smart cities, Smart home (connected objects), medical & health, Smart factory (services to industries), field robotics (drones, agriculture…) and technologies & future (big data, artificial intelligence, nanotechnologies…). The 3-day event was also rich in workshops and conferences.

New in 2015: an extended exhibition area with 50% more space to welcome over 200 exhibitors, a meeting area for discussion with experts, 5 demonstration ‘pavilions’, several ‘paths of discovery’ and a main stage for the presentation of robots.
