Applidium, subsidiary of the Fabernovel group, is a French apps designer specialised in the development of innovative products and services for mobile phones. The start-up has decided to set up its second office in Lyon. Specialised in software engineering, the Lyon office will eventually count fifteen employees. Currently set-up in a co-working space, Applidium will move into its new office in June and in the meantime they will start recruiting.

Aderly has helped the company to find its new premises and network with other Lyon companies. For Applidium, Lyon’s attractiveness is perfect for its development, added to the fact that almost 60% of the team trained in their respective technological fields in the Rhone-Alpes region.

Applidium has signed a number of agreements to develop mobile applications in France with major groups such as France Télévision, Canal+, RATP, Vinci, AXA, GDF Suez and Volkswagen. On the international scene, the company is known for having cracked Siri and ported VLC over to iOS. Applidium designs and develops products aimed at innovation and industrialisation. These products are used by over 30 million people today.
