The 26th edition of Pollutec, the international exhibition of environmental equipment, technology and services will take place on 2-5 December at Eurexpo-Lyon. Lasting 4 days, it is an event not-to-be-missed by professionals seeking international partners for their environmental and energy projects. This year, the focus will be on the expertise and innovation promoted by many countries during events and conferences as well as a global presentation of these solutions.

The event is a unique opportunity in Europe, and perhaps the world over, to share information and discuss these global issues. Pollutec is the only event to provide the combined exhibition of these solutions with a programme of events tailored to meet all interests.

Pollutec will bring together 2300 exhibitors specialised in environmental industries: from waste management and recovery to ecological designs and biodiversity. It will address the treatment and management of water, air quality and CSR. Every year 200 innovations make their world or European début at Pollutec

In 2014, the spotlight will be on the opportunities presented by Africa and in particular the Ivory Coast. As for the events, 3 focus groups will provide decision makers with the opportunity to discuss the challenges faced by cities (focus on sustainable cities), industry, (focus on sustainable industry) and health establishments (focus on hospitals and sustainable development)

In total, Pollutec offers over 400 open conferences, covering all the subjects and industries presented at the exhibition. Moreover, there are 25 areas devoted to specific themes including a biogas village, an ecological engineering village and a robotics village… as well as two international business meetings between investors and project developers.
