Since 2007 its Lyon-based branch <STRONG>has increased its sales figures three-fold</STRONG> (to &#8364;15.8 million last year) and has predicted an increase in its activity from 8 to 10% in 2013. The branch, which currently employs 58 people, with four or five new employees to be taken on by the end of 2014, is developing slowly but surely in Lyon. </P> <P align=justify>&nbsp;</P> <P align=justify>The company&#8217;s clients include Gras Savoye, an insurance brokerage, reinsurance and risk management group in Lyon, and <A title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/france-pharmaceutique/company-lyon-sanofi-aventis-pharmaceutical,p,130,EN.jsp" target=_blank>Sanofi Pasteur MSD</A>, world leader in vaccines. They have just rented 2,000 and 6,000 sq. metres of office space respectively in the &#8220;Ambre&#8221; (12,000 sq. metres), situated in the Girondins urban development zone in the <A title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/centre-recherche-et/biotechnology-cluster-lyon,p,21,EN.jsp" target=_blank>Gerland area </A>of Lyon. Jones Lang LaSalle is also managing the rental of 17,000 sq. metres in the future Incity tower in the Part Dieu district and more than 10,000 sq. metres of the &#8220;Convergence&#8221; building as part of the renovation of prison buildings in the Perrache district.</P> <P align=justify>&nbsp;</P> <P align=justify>The commercial real estate sector in Lyon is therefore doing well, proof that it represents a good deal for investors, with prices that are more competitive than in Paris. <BR>&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P align=justify>&nbsp;</P>
