<p><a title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/lyon-economic-news/-news-LYON-PREPARES-FOR-THE-MIPIM,n,6574,EN.jsp" target="_blank">A major new project for the City of Lyon was unveiled at the 24<sup>th</sup> MIPIM trade fair</a>, the international market for real-estate professionals that took place in Cannes from March 12 to 15. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>G&#233;rard Collomb, Senator and Mayor of Lyon and President of Greater Lyon, spoke about this<strong> </strong><a title="" href="http://www.magazine.grandlyon.com/2013/03/14/lyon-part-dieu-two-lyon-selevera-a-170-metres-de-haut/" target="_blank"><strong><font color="#000000">large-scale project that should be completed by 2018</font></strong></a>, <strong>under the direction of Vinci Immobilier, a world leader in public works and civil engineering in Lyon</strong>. It is the Cluster Hotel, which will comprise two towers of different sizes, featuring two 4-star hotels, many offices and a shopping mall that will be connected to the one in the future open station of Part-Dieu.<br>&nbsp;<br>G&#233;rard Collomb declared that this project, called "Two Lyon", with the taller of the two skyscrapers being 170 meters high, is &#8220;<strong>one of the biggest commercial projects currently underway in France, and maybe in Europe</strong>&#8221;. Indeed, <a title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/Lyon-Part-Dieu/index,p,100040,EN.jsp" target="_blank">the Part-Dieu business district is a focal point of the commercial development of the Lyon urban area.</a></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The future hotel, with a capacity of 460 rooms, will <a title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/tertiaire-business-france/place-pole-tertiaire,p,54,FR.jsp" target="_blank"><font color="#000000">accommodate international travelers to Lyon for conventions or business trips</font></a></strong><font color="#000000">.</font> The location of this hotel complex, near the train station and the benchmark multimodal hub, is thus a key element for the <strong>enhancement of Lyon&#8217;s attractiveness, also for future investors and companies</strong> that might set up for business in the area.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong></strong><br>&nbsp;</p> <p><br>&nbsp;</p>
