<P>&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P align=justify><STRONG>A delegation led by Jean-Jack Queyranne, President of the <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="http://www.rhonealpes.fr/" target=_blank>Regional Council</A>, spent a week in Argentina to strengthen ties between the country and the Rhone-Alpes region.</STRONG>&nbsp; The delegation included <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="http://www.rhone-alpes.cci.fr/" target=_blank>regional consular chamber </A>presidents, the Rhone-Alpes Tourism president as well as the Director of <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="http://www.erai.org/" target=_blank>ERAI</A> (Rh&#244;ne-Alpes international companies), Laurent Van Soen. <STRONG>The trip provided the opportunity to renew the cooperation agreements that were signed in March and July 2012, as well as political, <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/implantation-entreprise/agences-de-developpement-economique,p,5,EN.jsp" target=_blank>economic</A> and <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/culture-et-patrimoine/france-patrimoine,p,41,EN.jsp" target=_blank>cultural</A> contacts.</STRONG></P> <P align=justify><STRONG></STRONG><BR><STRONG>165 <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="https://www.aderly.com/pole-competitivite/developpement-entreprise,p,123,EN.jsp" target=_blank>Rhone-Alpes companies </A>are present in Argentina</STRONG> and approximately 15 &#8220;expressed an interest in coming,&#8221; according to Alexandre Guillaume, Director of International Development at ERAI. <STRONG>The region&#8217;s competitiveness clusters are also of interest to the Argentines.</STRONG> During his stay, Laurent Van Soen signed a strategic agreement with the local equivalent of ERAI, <A style="COLOR: #e02020" title="" href="http://promendoza.com/" target=_blank>ProMendoza</A>, which allows for the different representations to share office space. An agreement of this kind already exists with Qu&#233;bec.</P> <P align=justify></P>
