CITÉ INTERNATIONALE: A CENTRE FOR BUSINESS AND PLEASURE
Cité internationale is one of the most attractive business sites in Lyon! It is located between the Rhone river and the Tête dOr park near the city centre and 5 minutes from the major road network and the north city limits. The Cité internationale, designed by Renzo Piano, is home to 20 hectares of smart offices, elegant homes and an entertainment district. The Cité internationale has its own convention centre (Palais des Congrès) with a 45,000 sq. m exhibition space, conference rooms and a 3000-seat theatre.

The convention centre's theatre or the 'Salle 3000' was opened in June 2006. The creation of this space, which can be adapted to accommodate from 900 to 3220 people, means that Lyon now figures among the rare European cities capable of hosting major international conventions. This project, by architect Renzo Piano, also boasts a 5400 sq. m exhibition space (the new forum), 10 new meeting rooms (1500 sq. m), hotel apartments, a 3-star hotel, a tertiary district and a public space of 4000 sq. m. There is also a 1200-space parking lot.
Some major companies have chosen to set up here; the French events giant, GL Events, has set up offices here, as have SFR, SAP, Interpol, Hitachi, Tosho Biosciences, the Cardinal group, Nexity Georges V as well as numerous architects and real estate experts
The World Trade Center of Lyon, located at the Cité Internationale, provides services for local companies to aid their development at an international level, it also offers advice to foreign companies to helps them set up in the Lyon area. It provides office space and meeting rooms for rental.
In collaboration with Greater Lyon, Aderly will offer guidance as you set up your business on Lyon's flagship site.
